| I had that happen just once and I sent him back. He was embarrassed not to have them and he should have been because as vorpalZ said, any competent driver should have them. Many factory cars these days are too low to get on without them. The money I spent on AAA Premier every year is totally worth it. Even if I go a year without a Z tow (thankfully) I usually get at least a tow for a friend, a key service or something to make it worthwhile.
